Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with Voral. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used oral-care products, opened replacement tips, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged on arrival.
Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.
How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at kickstarter@voral.net with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item, then place a new order after the return is accepted.
